Who we are
Huntsville Foundation Quotes is a free quote service that connects Huntsville-area homeowners with independent local foundation repair, crawl space and waterproofing companies. We are not a repair company, and we do not perform any work. The about page describes how the service operates.
What the quote form collects
The quote form asks for your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the type of service you need and any details you choose to type in, such as what you have noticed at the house and when it was built. Only a name and phone number are required. Please do not enter information you do not want shared with a contractor.
How the form is delivered
The form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form-handling service, which emails the contents to our inbox. FormSubmit handles the submission under its own privacy terms. We keep the email so we can follow up with you and the companies that quote your job.
Who your request is shared with
We share the details you submit with the independent companies asked to quote your job, so that they can contact you and schedule a visit. Those companies are separate businesses; once they have your details they handle them under their own policies, and any contract you sign is with them, not with us. We do not sell your details to list brokers or use them for unrelated marketing.
Phone calls
If you call the number on this site, we note your name, number and what you need so that a company can call you back. Calls may be forwarded to, or returned by, a participating company. We may send a text message to confirm a request you made; reply STOP to end texts.
Cookies and browser storage
The pages themselves do not require cookies to work, and we do not set cookies to track you across other websites. Third-party services used to host or measure the site may set their own cookies, as described in their notices.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, and it keeps that data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep information
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to follow up on them and to answer questions about a job, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your choices
You may ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them and stop sharing them. Reply to any message from us or use the phone number on this site, and we will act on the request. We cannot delete details already passed to a company you have been in contact with; ask that company directly.
Children
This site is meant for adults who own or manage a home. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Questions about it can be sent through the quote form with "privacy" in the details box, or by phone.
Google Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, including whether a visitor sent the quote form or tapped the phone number. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives standard technical data such as your browser, device and approximate location; it does not receive what you type into the quote form. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
